Report Lost/Stolen Card
To report your debit card lost or stolen, please call 1-800-472-3272, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If your VISA or American Express credit card is lost or stolen, please contact Elan at 1-800-558-3424, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
MasterCard® Automatic Billing Updater
MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater is a service that automatically facilitates the secure exchange of your updated debit card information with participating merchants with whom you have recurring payments set up, requiring no action on your part.
MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater is only available to participating merchants, and these merchants can choose the frequency at which they check for your updated card information. To avoid late payments and penalties, you must check with your merchant to ensure your card information is updated.
If you do not want First National Bank to automatically update your debit card on file, please complete and submit the MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater Form, which can be found here. Please note that each cardholder must complete his or her own form. Should you choose to opt out of this service, you will be responsible for providing your new card information to participating merchants. You may incur additional fees from your merchant if you do not provide your updated information in a timely manner.

Request Stop Payment
You can request a stop payment on a check or ACH transaction over the phone, in person or online. Stop payment requests cannot be made on debit card transactions. If you request a stop payment over the phone, you may need to stop in to one of our branches to sign a stop payment request order.
To request a stop payment online, log into your Online Banking or FNB ez Business Banking account, select “Stop Payments,” and the account you wish to put a stop payment on, and follow the on-screen prompts. Please review our fee schedule for fees associated with stop payments.
Safe Deposit Boxes
First National Bank offers safe deposit boxes at all three of our locations. Sizes vary by location.
Any First National Bank deposit account holder can rent a safe deposit box. The box must be opened in person at one of our branches. The first rental payment is taken at the time of opening the box and automatic payments are set up for each annual payment thereafter.

If you need to submit financial documents to us, we encourage you to use our electronic upload center, which easily and securely allows you to transmit large files. Please do NOT submit sensitive or confidential information to us via regular, un-secured email or email attachment. Please follow the prompts below.
You may submit Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xls/.xlsx) and Adobe PDF (.pdf) documents via the secure upload center.
Credit Verifications and Audit Confirmations
