An update about our lobby services

by Jen Novotny | Mar 16, 2020

At Forte Bank, the safety of our customers, staff and communities is our top-most priority. The situation around novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is fluid and changing frequently. At this time, we have decided to suspend lobby services at all three of our branch locations to support social distancing and current public health recommendations.

This change will go into effect Tuesday, March 17, 2020. In concert with Governor Evers’ recent “Safer at Home” order, we will be suspending lobby activities at each of our locations until April 24th.

We will meet with customers who need to sign documents or access safe deposit boxes by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call your local branch.

In the meantime, we continue to offer a multitude of options to serve your banking needs:

Drive Thru and Night Deposit Box
Our drive thru remains unchanged and available during regular business hours. You can complete most lobby transactions in the drive thru. We do allow pedestrians and bicyclists to use our drive thru; we just ask that you be extra cautious and alert to vehicle traffic.

You may also continue to use our night deposit drop boxes available at each of our locations. This is open to both personal and business customers. Leave your deposit in the night deposit box and we will credit your account the next morning.

Online Banking
We encourage our personal customers to use Online Banking and our business customers to take advantage of Business Online Banking. Online banking allows you to view details of your account, transfer funds and make payments at any time of day or night.

Mobile Banking including Mobile Deposit
For customers with a smartphone, you we encourage you to use mobile banking via our free mobile banking app to check account balances, transfer funds, pay bills and make deposits. You can download the app on the Google Play store or the App store on iTunes.

Deposit Manager
Similar to mobile deposit for personal account customers, we offer Deposit Manager, a remote deposit capture service to allow businesses to deposit checks on site. Contact Deposit Operations at 262-670-3878 to begin the enrollment process for Business Online Banking and Deposit Manager.

ATMs
You may use the ATM at each branch location to withdraw cash from your account. Our ATMs are located outside of our lobbies and are available 24/7/365.

Telephone Banking
You can use telephone banking at any time to obtain account information or to make transfers or payments. Telephone transfer fees will be waived while our lobbies are closed. You can reach a member of our staff during normal business hours at any of our regular branch numbers, and you can use our automated telephone banking service after hours by calling 800-995-6821. If you are not currently enrolled in telephone banking, please contact Deposit Operations at 262-670-3878 to begin the enrollment process.

We Are Here to Support You
We know some of our customers may not be as familiar with some of these services. We want you to know that we will have extra staff available to help you set up online and mobile banking and to help answer your questions over the phone. While we will miss seeing all of you in person, we are doing the best job we can with the information we have to keep you, our staff and our communities safe. Your patience is appreciated as we work to serve you through this unprecedented time.

As always, do not hesitate to be in touch with any questions or concerns. Please give us a call or send us an email anytime.
